How this public page works
This page is a public summary of how Crestwell approaches an advice engagement. If we enter into an engagement with you, the current written engagement terms and the disclosure that applies to your particular advice will govern that engagement. Nothing on this page replaces your statutory rights or the information we must provide at the applicable stage of the advice process.
Scope of advice and disclosures
Before Crestwell begins a financial-advice engagement, it will identify the relevant advice scope, the financial adviser expected to give the advice, applicable product or provider limitations, and other information that relates to your engagement. The current company-level information is available in our Disclosure Statement.
Your role in the conversation
- Provide information that is accurate, complete and relevant to the agreed scope of advice.
- Tell us if your circumstances or objectives change in a way that may affect the advice.
- Review the information and advice provided, and ask questions before acting.
- Seek legal, tax or other specialist advice where it is relevant to your circumstances.
