Crestwell may use arrangements with selected product providers. If advice is limited to particular providers, products or services, or a material limitation applies, we will identify that limitation and the relevant provider information when the nature and scope of your advice are known.

Important limitation: Crestwell does not provide legal advice. Where your needs include legal matters such as wills, trusts or powers of attorney, we will encourage you to work with a qualified legal adviser.

Before an engagement begins, Crestwell will identify the person responsible for the advice and provide the current information relevant to the advice, scope and arrangements that apply to you.
